Open a port in the firewall

firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=161/udp --permanent
firewall-cmd --reload

Allow all traffic from a specific IP address:

firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-rich-rule='rule family="ipv4" source address="11.22.33.44" accept'

Start / Stop a service

systemctl start firewalld
systemctl stop firewalld

Start service at bootup

systemctl enable firewalld
