If you want to go stealth with Metasploit or any other tool, then here's how you do it.
First we are adding the torproject.org repostory to Kali Linux:
echo "deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org wheezy main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv 886DDD89
gpg --export A3C4F0F979CAA22CDBA8F512EE8CBC9E886DDD89 | sudo apt-key add -
apt-get update

Now we can install tor and privoxy:

apt-get install deb.torproject.org-keyring
apt-get install tor
apt-get install privoxy
And finally we can start tor and privoxy:
service tor restart
service privoxy restart
Now that we configured TOR and Privoxy we can go stealth with proxychains (this command is already installed in Kali Linux).
For example:
proxychains msfconsole
proxychains root@examplehost.com
